It looks pretty demented cause i overcooked it and didn’t coat it with flour properly so it ended up like that. The taste however was still pretty nice =)
Fish and Chips
The chips were tasteless, forgot to put salt on em and yeah haha it was cold already too. The fish was good though, had good comments on these and there were supposed to be 2 more fishes but i ate em

Title says it all, i made this perfectly =) Taste, colour and all were good. Although i should’ve cut the vegetables slightly more uniformly but yeah. All good

Sponge Lemon Pudding
I’ve made this about a week and a half ago and it turned out better then but the picture i have of it is rather shitty so i’ll post this one. Comments on it was that it was a bit too heavy but taste and everything was there.
I’ve made quite a lot of stuff before these like Roast Chicken, Veil Schnitzel , Osso Bucco , Rice Pilaf , Ratatouille( No, not the show thing, a real dish ), Cornbeef , Steam Fish, other stocks and soups but only lately i started taking pictures of my dishes. Also i nearlyyyyyyyy took a picture of the Roast and Veil but i ate it
Anyways, don’t be expecting any pictures for a while cause i’m currently on Easter Break which lasts me till the 7th of April but i will continue to blog =) No worries.
Today was pretty simple, woke up at about 745, took a shower and had breakfast. Watched a few episodes of Two and a Half Men, a pretty funny series which i do recommend to download. Headed to school for my first class which is a tutorial at 10pm. Class ended early and i went with Aidan,Will and James to a Japanese restaurant across the street from school. Had a mixed bento which was pretty filling. Went back for lectures at 1230 till 1 ( nearly fell asleep here ) then had a break for half an hour and the next tutorial began ( fell asleep here ) Too damn boring =p
Headed straight to the immigration building which is across the street from my place and waited in line for about 45mins just to ask one simple question -_-” and here i am back home typing this blog. Bout to head out in a bit again so catch ya’ll soon? =)
